Sarkodie feat Lil Shaker-Lies
Oooo it’s my hubby Lil Shaker!! Oh yeah and Sarkodie.
This is by far his best video.
This is a tumblelog, kinda like a blog but with short-form, mixed-media posts with stuff I like. Scroll down a bit to start reading, or a bit more to read more about me.

R2Bees- It’s Alright
This song is on CONSTANT repeat. As I type this the song is playing and I am singing out loud. You know by now that I am HUGE R2Bees fan. To me they can do nothing wrong musically (knocks on wood). As soon as the beat drops you know you are about to hear an amazing song. Love these guys and proud to be a part of their nation.
Kaakie - Too Much
I have been waiting a while for Kaakie to come out with a video for this song. Im glad it is finally here. The visuals are nice. Like I said people are stepping up their efforts when it comes to making videos and I am happy about that.
Kaakie makes great music and I can see her staying around for a while. I look forward to more videos.
Can we talk about her skin and how flawless it looks. Oh and her thighs. I have never been jealous of thighs until right now.
Have you ever had a song you loved so much that you were so excited to see the video? Then the video comes out and you are so disappointed that they have ruined your song (cuz in your mind it is your song your baby) with such a garbage video.
Well, if you love African music you have seen this happen too many times to count. You love the song, then they come out with a video and you feel like they have ruined your song for you.
YaaYaa-Kae
I am so excited that the video for this amazing song is finally here. First off I have to say how much I LOVE this song. It just hits your heart. Hearing YaaYaa (formerly known as Bertha) sing about a lover that has left her and pleading with him to remember all the good times they had and not to leave just brings out all these emotions. Even if you have never been jilted you will be able to feel what she is singing about.
Nana Kofi Asihene, did a great job directing this video. He was able to capture the emotions of this song beautifully in this video.
I am so happy that this was a great video. You know how I feel about horribly done videos ruining great songs. That didnt happen with Kae and I am beyond happy.
Lola Rae feat Bridge -High(Wanting More)
I dont know about Lola Rae I just heard about her at the beginning of this month with her song “Watch My Ting Go”. I felt that song was a great party song. Now hearing this song, I think she has a real shot. Her being of Ghanaian, Nigerian and British heritage is something that she is using to her advantage with her music and this will help her to reach out to a wider audience. I enjoy the vibe of this song. I look forward to hearing more from her.
I think musicians are getting the hint that we dont want sub par videos from them any more Even if you dont have a big budget just make a simple and to the point video. Dont ruin our songs with your yawa videos.
Asem feat Kwabena Kwabena-Bye Bye
Nice love song. Really enjoying the video.
I have decided to make a list of my favourite videos of 2012. I want to say that this list is videos that I felt were interesting, beautiful or did a good job at sending some kind of message. I had a hard time coming up with a list. I had to go over all the videos of the year and pick the ones that I really liked.
FAVE VIDEOS OF 2012

Yaw Siki-Blow My Mind feat KillBeatz
Simple video concept, done very well. Big Oj Films did a great job directing.
* I like Yaw Siki. I hope he comes out with more great songs.
